On March 12, 2026, Chongqing's first OpenClaw technology sharing event focused on a practical question: how can AI employees do useful work and create business value? The event attracted founders, business leaders and heavy AI users, with nearly 500 registrations and strong public attention.

As a core guest, Xie Kangli shared how she used OpenClaw to build an AI employee system in real work. She demonstrated Xiaokang, the AI employee she trained, and explained that effective AI work begins with specific instructions, patient feedback and clear division of labor.

The main point was simple: companies should not treat AI only as a chat tool. A capable AI employee needs goals, rules, context and repeated correction. Human leaders set direction and evaluate outputs, while AI handles execution, research, drafting and repetitive production.

Xie also described a practical path for business owners. Start with frequent, low-risk tasks; delegate one concrete process to AI; review the result; then gradually build a larger system. This avoids empty theory and allows teams to feel where AI creates real value.

CanWin AI later connected these practices to its Cloud Marketing Department. Instead of organizing work only by job titles, the company organizes digital employees around tasks such as content production, intelligence gathering, cooperation proposals, quotation review and format automation.

For CanWin AI, the significance is not only efficiency. It is a shift in organizational design: a small number of human experts can coordinate with trained AI employees to support more marketing work, while keeping professional judgment in human hands.
