Background

On July 18-19, 2026, CanWin AI held the GEO Bootcamp, part of its AI Growth Bootcamp series, in Chongqing.

Participants came from companies including Vinda Paper, Weizifu Catering, Zhouwei Food, Songshan Member Hospital, Chuchang Technology and Xingchen Film. Founders, executives and core business team members joined the two-day practical workshop led by CanWin AI founder Xie Kangli, also known as Kangkang.

01 Seeing the New Customer-Acquisition Entry Point

As users increasingly ask AI tools such as DeepSeek, Doubao and Kimi to search, compare and judge options, brands need clear, credible and citable information in AI knowledge networks.

On the first day, participants used the CanWin AI GEO diagnosis system to generate brand diagnosis reports and review how AI systems understand, evaluate and compare their brands.

Zhou Dakai, dean of Vinda Paper's Marketing Academy, said the course first helped solve a cognition problem and made the team see the new traffic battlefield in the AI era more clearly.

02 From Brand Materials to AI-Friendly Website Samples

During the practical session, participants used AI Agents such as WorkBuddy and OpenClaw to install and run the CanWin cloud website-building Skill. Based on company materials and business needs, the workflow helped create AI-friendly website samples covering user cognition, decision-making and usage scenarios.

Several participants said the workshop was different from theory-heavy courses because teams directly took part in diagnosis, website generation and content co-creation.

03 Building GEO Answer Drafts Around User Scenarios

GEO work begins with real user decision scenarios. Using the user-question mapping Skill and the GEO content optimization Skill, participants mapped 30 high-frequency questions for their categories and drafted standard GEO answers for priority questions.

04 Founder-Level Participation in AI Transformation

The two-day closed-door workshop also helped participants reflect on the role of the business owner in AI transformation. For many companies, the first step is for leaders to understand, use and judge AI themselves.
